All rooms include triple-sheeted beds with fine thread-count linens, 50-inch Chromecast enabled HD TVs, and free Wi-Fi. Studio Suites, Loft rooms, and one-bedroom suites feature fully equipped kitchens. Many suites feature balconies. Some suites feature a fireplace. Rooms are equipped with bulk dispensers for Hydrobasic Smartcare shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Be Clean Naturally hand soap is also provided.

the location allowed easy access to nearby dining. the staff answered questions quickly. the room was clean when i arrived and contained useful amenities such as a mini-fridge and microwave. i found the bed comfortable with clean linens.
the dryer on my floor wasn't working, inconvenient after a day of skiing.

The room was a good size for our group. Linens and towels were clean and fluffy! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Sound transmission seemed minimal between suites. We did not hear anyone else.

Laura's initial phone assistance was really good. Her greeting was warm and professional. She displayed true dedication to providing the best service and patiently addressed all my concerns. I feel grateful for her assistance and appreciated the hotel's commitment to its guests during my December stay. The sauna and hot tub near the workout area enhanced our relaxation after exploring the trails. Our room included a distinct living space, alongside especially comfortable pillows for restful nights.
The check-in process presented initial challenges. A lower-level room, lacking privacy, was initially assigned. The door card also malfunctioned, delaying access to an appropriate room. Ultimately, the room was satisfactory, but the dated appliances detracted from the experience.

the location was convenient for exploring the village.
The check-in process was frustrating. I was initially given a room facing the outdoor lounge area, it was like i was in jail. my door card didn't work at first, requiring multiple attempts to gain access. the appliances were old, with a very noisy fridge keeping me up!!!
